Marketing Sherpa? What is it? Animal? Vegetable? Mineral?

Sherpas are guides. Therefore, marketing sherpas must be marketing guides. As you consider who you will listen to in the area of marketing and more specifically information marketing, I need to caution you. Do not be fooled by those who claim to have knowledge but have no PROOF to back it up. There are a boatload of people who make claims in every field. Information marketers are no different. BUT, there are a lot of charlatans out there. So, when looking for a “sherpa” in any field, make sure and do your due diligence. Without doing that you may be guided into a briar patch!
